The Holistic Life Foundation provides trainings for teachers, administrators, and youth workers. Trainings help participants incorporate yoga, mindfulness, breathing, centering, and related techniques into their work to improve the delivery of the services they provide. The Holistic Life Foundation provided a sixteen hour yoga training for the entire Physical Education staff of the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Public School district, to help them incorporate yoga into their P.E. classes, and received superb reviews.

HLF instructors have been teaching yoga for nine years. They began by teaching at-risk youth in Baltimore's underserved communities and have since expanded to teach private and group classes and workshops for students of all ages, demographics, and levels of experience. They have taught private, physical therapy yoga classes at the Baltimore Center for Wellness and classes at Harambee Drug Treatment Center to help with addiction. Many colleges, government agencies, yoga studios, and corporations have benefited from their vast array of classes. They teach our own unique brand of yoga that blends several forms of yoga, Tai-Chi, and other self-healing arts. The Holistic Life Foundation facilitates workshops in many formats including one-time workshops and workshop series. Workshops include yoga, holistic health, Tai-Chi, games, discussions, role play, interactive activities, lectures, as well as holistic solutions for your problems.
